Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before delivery will not be eligible for cancellation or refund, as order preparation—including baking, customisation, and ingredient sourcing—would have already begun.

If your order is already in production, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note:

Refunds may take 3–7 business days to process.

Some banks may take 15–30 days or until your next billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
If you wish to amend your order, please contact our customer service team at least 48 hours before delivery, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must contact our customer service team within six (6) hours of receiving your order, along with clear photo evidence of the issue.
Claims made after 6 hours from delivery will not be eligible for a full refund or replacement, as external factors beyond our control may affect the condition of the item.
Partial refunds or store credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the issue and when it was reported.
