By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Order Acceptance Policy
All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Bringmetosao Sdn Bhd (operating as Fox Paradox). We reserve the right to reject any order at our sole discretion without providing a reason. If your order is rejected, we will issue a full refund via the original payment method.
2. Delivery of Your Order / Self Pickup from Store
We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 3:00 PM. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered the next day or on your selected delivery date at checkout.
- The self-collect option is available for all products from Mondays to Sundays unless stated otherwise in all stores that we operate in. Please check store opening times for pick up date availability at checkout.
- Please self-collect from your chosen Fox Paradox location on your selected date on our operating hours from 9 AM - 9 PM either in-person or via a representative (relative, friend, Grab Delivery and etc)
- When self-collecting, you or your representative will be asked to show your order confirmation email which will contain your name, order number and other relevant details to prove your identity.
- The latest time to do your self-collection will be 9.30 PM on your selected date. If you or your representative is not able to make it, do contact us at team@foxparadox.club so our Customer Service can assist with alternative arrangements.
- If self-collection is not done and we have not received any request via call/WhatsApp/email from you by 9 PM on your self-collection date, your order will be disposed of for space and hygiene purposes.
3. Changes to Your Order
If you need to make changes to your order, contact us at main@foxparadox.club (daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
We’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but only requests made at least 48 hours before the delivery date can be guaranteed.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
- If your cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before delivery or pickup, we will not be able to process a cancellation or refund under any circumstances, as preparations (including baking, customisation, or ingredient sourcing) would have already begun.

Refunds may take 3-7 business days. Some banks may take 15-30 days or until the next billing cycle to reflect the refund.

5. Product Availability & Substitution
All products are subject to availability. If there are supply issues, we will contact the sender to suggest suitable alternatives.We will do our best to accommodate specific requests. For assistance, please contact us at team@foxparadox.club
6. Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard. All payments are securely processed via trusted gateways like FPX online Banking, RazorPay, and GrabPay.
Your shipping information will be stored securely if you create an account, but we do not store or have access to your card details.
7. Pricing & Additional Charges
Delivery charges will be shown at checkout based on your selected delivery option.
8. Delivery Policy

Deliveries are made Monday to Sunday.

Precise timed deliveries are not available. You can choose a time slot at checkout.

While we strive for punctuality, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control.

For remote or unreachable delivery locations, we’ll contact you ahead of time to offer a full refund.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

We reserve the right to change the delivery method without prior notice.

It’s the sender’s responsibility to ensure the recipient is available at the delivery address.

If the recipient cannot be located after multiple attempts or if delivery details are incorrect, Fox Paradox and our delivery partners are not responsible for failed delivery.

A re-delivery fee will be applied for rescheduled or re-routed deliveries based on location.
9. Damaged Items
Our products are carefully packaged, but on rare occasions, damage may occur in transit.
If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition:

Contact us at teams@foxparadox.club within 6 hours of delivery.

Provide images of the damage to qualify for a replacement or refund.

10. Non-Delivery
If your order fails to arrive due to an error on our part, please contact us at teams@foxparadox.club
We will either send a replacement on our next delivery slot or issue a refund.
Refund timelines are the same as listed in the “Damaged Items” section.
11. Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to delivering your products in top condition and on time. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
12. Return & Refund Policy
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you encounter an issue, contact us within 6 hours of delivery for review by our Customer Support team.
To request a return or refund, please provide:

A clear explanation for the request
Refund processing takes 3-7 business days, with potential delays depending on your bank (up to 15-30 days).
13. Offers & Promotions

Discounts are valid only during the offer period and cannot be applied retroactively.

If a product you’ve purchased is later discounted, we cannot offer a price match.

We may change or end promotional offers at any time, without notice.

Personalized offers can only be used by the intended recipient.

Unless stated otherwise, free or discounted introductory offers are valid only once per customer.

Only one promo code can be used per order.

Promotions and discounts cannot be combined.
14. External Circumstances
Adverse Weather Conditions
Weather disruptions (e.g. rain, storms, floods) may affect delivery times. We cannot offer refunds or redeliveries for delays caused by weather.
Force Majeure
Fox Paradox is not liable for delays or non-performance due to events outside our control, such as:

15. Customer & Recipient Information
Please provide accurate details to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
