Refund policy

Order Cancellations (Goods Only. Not for Reservations)

  • Orders can only be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

  • Same-day delivery is available within selected time slots: 9am–3pm or 3pm–8pm. Orders will be delivered anytime within the time slot, and we’re unable to accommodate specific delivery times.

  • Orders placed for same-day delivery cannot be cancelled and are not eligible for refunds.

  • Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before delivery will not be eligible for cancellation or refund, as order preparation — including baking, customisation, and ingredient sourcing — would have already begun.

  • Once your order has entered production, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to process.

  • Some banks may take 15–30 days or until your next billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.

Order Amendments

If you wish to amend your order, please contact our customer service team at least 24 hours before delivery, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Address changes for same-day orders are not guaranteed. Contact us immediately and we’ll try to help before dispatch. Extra charges may apply.


Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details, including recipient name, address, and contact number, are accurate at checkout. Fox Paradox will not be liable for failed deliveries, delays, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

 



Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • If your item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must contact our customer service team within six (6) hours of receiving your order, along with clear photo evidence of the issue.

Claims made after 6 hours from delivery will not be eligible for a full refund or replacement, as external factors beyond our control may affect the condition of the item.

Partial refunds or store credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the issue and when it was reported.
